One of the features of Windows 10 is the Action Center which provides a quick and easy access to some of the settings with just a click or a touch. Apart from the quick access it also provides notifications as well. The Action Center can be accessed from the taskbar.
The top four quick actions highlighted can be customized and changed.
To change these settings and customize,
Goto Settings => Systems => Click Notifications & Actions
By changing the highlighted options the quick actions can be reordered and changed.
Furthermore, to customize the notification area scroll down and you can switch on and off the necessary applications and apps which can display alerts and notifications in the Action Center
